UL-9304 boasts 150 sq.-ft. of living area on a flatbed chassis. Four hydraulically controlled footings at each corner allow the unit up to 8 percent incline. An interchangeable footing disk can be adjusted to individual needs, which completely eliminates the need for site preparation. The flatbed and the living space above it are connected with a 60-in. ball bearing platform that rotates 360Å. The 400 sq.-ft. photovoltaic panel (PVP) adjusts position in accordance with solar movements so that, always perpendicular to the sun’s rays, it produces enough electricity to power the unit. Water is brought in from condensation on the back side of the PVP. An organic waste management system (OWMS) can decompose about 1.5 tons of human feces and other organic waste material annually.
